  This is my first online review but after our experience with Peter Tobin funeral services I felt they deserved all the recognition my wife and I could give them. Our infant daughter recently passed away and the people at Peter Tobin took care of all the details and were a pleasure to deal with. Their facility was also perfect for our needs. We can't thank them enough.

  Terrible!! They refused to help us with the funeral books and didn't want us to have the funeral on our requested day as it was after a long weekend and all their staff wanted the weekend off. We did all the requiem mass arrangements ourselves and they were nothing short of annoyed at any requests for help, despite the funeral being 4 days after my fathers death. They started both the funeral mass and burial without immediate family members being present. They didn't help seat the congregation so despite being over 100 people at the service the family were sitting alone at the front of the church with 4 empty rows between them and the rest of the congregation. We were never offered a viewing or a rosary which my father wanted, so we never got to place items in the coffin he wanted with him. We had to run around to deliver his suit to them, no help. They complained we chose a coffin they advertised but didn't have. To top it off at the burial they had to stop and check they'd brought the right coffin!!

  The staff were kind, compassionate, and thoughtful and went well out of their way to support us throughout the whole process, they respected our requests and our cultural traditions, and they even skyped the funeral overseas for family that couldn’t make it.

  They were absolutely wonderful from start to end , I could not imagine any one else being more professional, caring & compassionate , I will always be grateful to them & highly recommend them
