  Good size store with plenty of variety. Went there knowing what we wanted. Quick efficient transaction. Knowledge of product by staff was only average.

  Sales staff knew their stuff and extremely pleasant. We puchased a new tumble dryer... James (Store Manager) took his time answering all our questions about the different air cons.... No complaints at all

  I tried to get some after sales service but the phone is as silent as the e-mail. I will be going elsewhere next time. I should have known when I got no service about 12 months ago. Ended up buying a Dyson heater from Masters as the woman in this store was more interested in flirting with male staff. A big failure compared to Maribyrnong store.

  Long time customer, recieved a voucher for $20 or $40 if I spent $100 in the next week. Was then told I needed to spend $100 last week and then use the voucher this week to get the discount. Very misleading and was told "we have had lots of complaints and those vouchers are just to get you in the store".
