  Went to this store with a sudden vision loss. Diagnosed with Cataracts on both eyes, given new glasses and was told that was the problem. Got back in touch with them insisting there was something else going on and asked for a referral to a Specialist. Was second guessed by Optometrist, who dismissed everything I said. Went back in for second consult and Optometrist reluctantly agreed for me to see a Specialist. Optometrist wrote a letter that downplayed my concerns to the point I could not get an appointment at the hospital and was referred back to my own G.P. I felt like I was treated like an idiot and was basically told "It's all in my head" and to stop pestering them because there was nothing more they were prepared to do. I have now found out (from Optometrist in Colac), that I have Blepharitis. I'm finally getting treatment for my eyes. I did not appreciate the "you got your glasses, now piss off" attitude. I went on suffering needlessly for months before I got the courage to go and seek a second opinion. I contacted the store about this issue and they couldn't have cared less, not even so much as a "sorry". As far as the frames went, they assumed I was a hapless fashion victim and their choice of lenses was limited (but this can be said of all Optometrists)

  Really nice and friendly. They helped me find the right glasses and were very professional with the eye appointment as well.
