    Comfortable place to stay. Heated pool was not very warm and spa pool was not working. The restaurant was closed on Saturday. Good location though. Lively people and staff and very helpful.

    Very friendly staff, very clean spacious rooms comfy beds. Close to central Ballarat & all tourist attractions.

    Dont let the photos fool you, its old, cleanliness is questionable and bathrooms look nothing like what is actually there. False advertising to suck you in. Would have haplily paid a bit more to stay at a nicer place closer to town. I travel regularly for work and rely on honest photos to book decent accommodation. Misleading is all I will say, and wont stay here again.

    Very good for cheap accommodation. Staff were very nice and the service was great. I got a free upgrade because a better room was available. Room was quiet and cosy, heaters and hot water worked perfectly which is a must for Ballarat's winter. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, best sleep I've had in months.

    Comfortable bed and good hot shower, just what I needed after a long drive. Owners were really helpful
