  Coffee so weak and undrinkable... Asked for a stronger cup and was told l would have to pay extra 50 cents! For a double shot coffee. Never had double shot before... just wanted a coffee I could drink... not good customer service Macca's, Sturt St, Ballarat.

  was here for hours as waiting for a hospital patient the staff were so friendly an anything they could do to help myself or the kids was greatly appreciated

  The staff are always friendly and polite, the service time is fast and they have tables outside.

  So many good Macca's all over Australia we have encountered and we come home to rhe worst one!!!! Really!!!!Won't be back.
