  Brown Grain is my personal favourite when it comes to Thai food in Ballarat. There is a large and reasonably priced menu to choose from with plenty of vegetarian options. Fresh delicious flavours and consistently good food, and staff are always super friendly. The penang curry is the best, but that pandan crepe will have you hooked, even if you aren't a "dessert person"!

  Parking may be a little tight on the street so I recommend parking just outside of the city area and walking.

  I had two take-away dishes one spicy duck stir-fry and chicken vegetable stir-fry, with two lots of coconut rice dishes. It was ready in 5 minutes. Tasted good but not amazing.

  Good and friendly service. Unfortunately not truely Thai food, delicious food all the same. Price very fair. $100 for 3 mains 2 rice, fuit juice and 1 bottle of wine.
