  Called there to help and elderly friend who was getting no service from the lady working there. He needed his phone unlocked from telstra...she was so incredibly rude and actually hung up on me. It has got to be the worst service I have ever experienced. Well done telstra ballarat....

  Called for advice. Man not helpful said he had only been in ballarat 8 months and didn't know or could assist me with the closest telstra shop. Customer service poor. Maybe more training could be provided to staff to be more helpful

  If I could give less than 1-start I would! Shocking service actually signed me up for a bundle that was different to when we spoke and I spent 2 day trying to undo the mess. Stay away from here and call Telstra directly (if you have to do anything) for anything will save you time in the long run. Better yet go to Optus, Vodaphone of iinet for services.

  Oh.. Was also told afterward that you can get better deals online and direct in any case as they cant offer you the same pricing so why bother with these muppets!

  This business makes a lot of money out of selling mobile phones to Ballarat people, they provide very basic service during this process, with little regard for your needs and what might actually be a suitable handset / plan for your needs. Should you have the misfortune to need service after the purchase, you will quickly discover that they have a long term culture of viewing their customers as nothing more than annoying cash cows.

  Telstra plans / phones / services are excellent and are available from any agent at the same price, choose one who values its customers, JB Hi Fi for example ... Can not recommend "Telstra Shop Ballarat"
